04. What are the payment procedures for ordering a build?

To start the build, a 50% deposit is necessary. The remaining balance, along with any relevant shipping fees or taxes, is due when your guitar is finished.

05. What is the timeframe?

Our instruments typically take 4 to 6 months to be built, depending on complexity and our waiting list. Each step is approached with meticulous care. For instance, a 40-day drying process and over 10 hours of manual polishing ensure a flawless finish. Your patience is a testament to the dedication we put into each instrument. If you have questions, feel free to reach out for more details.

06. Are your instruments genuinely built by you, or are they outsourced to a factory?

Yes, all our instruments are crafted by us in our small workshop. We choose a limited, small-scale production to ensure a personal touch and maintain quality.

07. Can I make adjustments to the design of a guitar from the Classic Collection?

Absolutely! You have the flexibility to personalize:

● The color of the instrument (within our color catalog).

● Choose the headstock color (within our color catalog).

● Select the color of the pickguards and knobs.

● In certain models (Half-Pint, Birdy, and Toadcaster), explore alternative pickup setup options.

● Decide on the wood tone for the fretboard.

If you wish to customize beyond these options, refer to our Custom Shop experience.

08. Can I ask for progress photos of my instrument being built to stay in the loop?

Certainly! We love documenting the building process and regularly share photos of our instruments on our Instagram "Stories."
